Princesa is definitely my favorite Resort in Rocky Point. Princesa de Peñasco is resort living at its finest. From the beach front top floor apartment you’ll be able to see across the beautiful Sea of Cortez to the Peñasco lighthouse and beyond. From the ground-floor condo the heated pool is only a few steps away, and the most beautiful beach in Rocky Point is only a few steps beyond that.
Resort amenities include clubhouse with fitness center, on-site convenience store, heated swimming pools and a child wading pool. Princesa de Peñasco has been very carefully laid out to maximize the views and create the feeling of a luxurious, private enclave. Yet, it’s only minutes from Peñasco’s restaurants, shops and nightlife.
Princesa offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom condos that can accommodate up to eight people or as few as one in comfort and style. Apartments are generously sized with fully equipped kitchens, private baths, laundry room and TV/VCR. They have everything you need for an enjoyable, relaxing stay.

One of the first condominium resorts in Rocky Point, the Marina Pinacate Condos is the favorite of a lot of vacationers. Marina Pinacate is the best bet if you are looking to have restaurants and bars close at hand, and a beautiful condo as a sanctuary away from home. Some of the Marina Pinacate units are pool side, and most of the units have an Ocean View. There are actually 2 pools, a nice sand area for relaxing, barbeque grills, and spectacular views.
